Sarawak State Mosque,Indian Mosque In Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia

We stumbled on the Kuching City Mosque, on our way back from the open air market.

It used to be the main mosque for the people from Kuching and it is known to the local as the Sarawak State Mosque

It was rebuilt in the year 1968 with really striking design. It has a combination of Mid-western and some Italian architecture.

It is the golden dome that attracted me in the first place.

The park in the back is what attracted me the most. It looked like a paradise was hidden. It was like a secret garden!
