La Borie D’imbert is a local farm where they raise goats and porc in a natural parc. In that farm they make incredible goat cheese, fresh, old, aged. They also make charcuteries there.
We went around 5pm when they take the goat to milk them. The kids so enjoyed that!
We enjoyed testing all the differents cheese.
Of course we bought some, that we enjoyed with great bread, salted Breton butter and a Bordeaux wine to die for.
